How does the skills work on items. like 2+ Confusion.

Well, lets go with the confusion one... Lets say you wear a pair or pants with +2 confusion...

If you have the skill confusion at level 1, it will add 2 to that, and you will have the skill confusion of level 3.

However, if you don't have any skill points put into Confusion, that +2 is a waste, because you can't add skills from items (pants/orbs) if you have no points in the skill in the first place.

One more thing, is it best to raid,killing mobs, or quest to level up fast.

Kill mobs in DC AND do quests in DC :)
