Its for the Spreading Evil quest. Can be found in Cathedrale and the main talk mob to start will be Talganis.

There are 4 lvls in this quest in total.

Level 1 Go to the cathedrale and talk to Talganis (he's in one of the botom rooms) , then go to to the catacombs and kill 20 bat/plague rats/brittle skeleton then once done go back to Talganis to receive 1200 exp and talk to him again. He'll ask to find Brother Falwell (located near the entrance of level 2, check the catacomb map for more info) Once you've found the Brother talk to him, he'll ask for a cure. Go to the Hospital Waiting Room and find Nurse heater which will ask you for a Plagued Rat Ear, go back to the catacomb and by killing a Plagued rat you should get this at first kill if not keep killing them. Go back to the nurse heater to receive the cure and 750 exp (btw you just saved her date with the brother lol) Go to the brother in the catacomb, give him the cure and receive 250 exp + the key to unlock lvl 2 of catacomb. Before you enter level 2 read the level 2 walktrough.

Level 2 No need to enter level 2 catacomb yet, go back to Talganis in the cathedrale for the next steps. Next task is to kill 20 Decayed Skeleton, Ghost and Ghoul Fiend which are located in lvl 2 catacombs. You'll receive 3700 exp for that, talk to him again and he'll ask for 5 Ghost Essence/Ghoul's Head/Decayed Bone thus go back to the catacomb once again (and it's not finished yet lol) to kill the same mobs. Drop rate is not too bad. Once you have all the pieces, return to Talganis to hand them in and receive 3000 exp and talk to him once again for the level 3 quest.

Level 3 First you still need the key to enter level 3 of the catacombs, which is dropped by Phifer (spawn mob) he's located near the entrance of level 3. Kill everyone in that room till he spawn and kill him to get the key then enter level 3 and kill 25 Horror Skeleton/Cave Troll/Diseased Hound once done return to Talganis for the next step and a nice 3000 exp reward. Now talk to him again, go back to level 3 catacomb and find 10 Horror Bone, Diseased Hound Fang and Cave Troll Head which are dropped by the same mobs. Go back to Talganis to hand them in and receive 3000 exp(or around that). Then talk to him again for the level 4 quest.

Level 4 First you still need the key to enter level 4 of the catacombs, which is dropped by Rabaf the Great (spawn mob) he's located within the level 4 ( check the catacomb map, it say "go back" the mob is located under the "a"). Kill everyone in that room till he spawn and kill him to get the key then enter level 4 and kill 30 Daemon Skeleton/Goblin/Frenzied Bat once done return to Talganis for your 3000 exp reward(or around that). We're now almost done, 2 task left. Talk to Talganis once more and go look for 15 Daemon Skeleton Wing, Frenzied Bat Wing and Goblin Eye dropped by the mobs of catacomb level 4. Return to him for your reward of 3000 exp and the last task which is killing Herod the Mighty and bring back his head to Talganis for the final reward, 3500 exp and a holy augment.
