I think there should be something special in the game for people who hit the max level (currently 70) we should get something more for being the highest level to give us something to do which would make us want to continue playing since there isnt much to do once you hit 70 hence game over club.
Any ideas ;)

I want the ability to spend some of my experience in the treasury to upgrade my account some more. Maybe to buy more attack, hp, resistance,etc...
This option should be restricted to level 70 accounts only, though. =)
Edit: How about the ability to buy skills from other skill classes? I have every skill a popstar can have and I still have 5 sp left over. I would love to be able to use those in a skill like dark strength or something. :p
I don't think we're going to get much support, sparda. Too many non level 70 haters. =)

It should have been set for lvl 100 i still think, how about you trade in 10 mill exp to use another skill tree? but you can only use one of the skills from that tree.

no offense but i think ur insane if you think a lvl 70 account needs more atk.... seriously isnt' the base lvl stats 4k atk 5k hp? tahts just rediculious to have more lol. and i also mentioned some where else to have a seperate lvl 61-70 skill class that wil lgive skills that can help with shit or make the game more intresting.
IE lvl 61 could be time warp for 1 class and then that class would have more stuff taht helps atk. possibly the regeneration idea that guy thought up that gives you 75% of ur MR caues thats a kick ass idea.
This skill class would possibly have its own skill points or use the normal one.
the other section could be for dcing/raids or something mabey giving you the ability to cast lvl 3 NP when ever which would have a reccharge time of like a 2-3 days or something of that sort.
(please give me positive feed back on what ya think cause this is a pretty good idea in my opinion)

possibly the regeneration idea that guy thought up that gives you 75% of ur MR caues thats a kick ass idea.
That was me, to be honest 4k atk/5khp isn't going to be much considering the gods will get stronger, the dc mobs will get stronger(hopefully) and other players will start to catch up. with SR/exp boosting potions/ it won't take long.

That was me, to be honest 4k atk/5khp isn't going to be much considering the gods will get stronger, the dc mobs will get stronger(hopefully) and other players will start to catch up. with SR/exp boosting potions/ it won't take long.
you want to see poeple do like 20 man nar zhuls? cause i surly don't just giving them more of a bonus is more redicluious look at what i said about hte instant NP tahts more sensable and shit and you stll get 20% mabey a skill class to give a few things like fort or something that gives you HP and block so higher lvls can train Dark Strenght or something and still get more block and shit
mabey also making something that has like a boost part in it or something mabey a lil stronger that will have like 250 atk 750hp and 5 block at lvl 10
and for the oposite class it will have like 750 Atk 250 HP and then like 5% block
(this is just an idea remember that)

hmm possibly an epic quest for a new skill class? or just an item lol, and theres no more lvls proged into ow atleast i don't think there is : X. mabey give epic pants or a pair of epic boots cause there arn't a ton of amazing boots lol

That sounds cool, but i'd still prefer the ability to spend my experience. It would be a unique feature. Just adding more quests just seems old and repetitive.

Possibly a morph via caldrun with some kro books and reforged which will increase the atk a shit ton along with about 5k total MR mabey like 500 EPT/RPT 30 crit or something ( i know that seems rediculious but what else could you do) and it would have to be hard to acheive i guess

I remember someone was working on such a system where you could and it was all laid out about how much exp would translate into how much of what upgrade and so on. I wonder what happened to that. I'm pretty sure this idea was brought up and instead of doing it they put in more levels.

Yes they should bring back the idea of spending your EXP for personal upgrades it was a good idea and would make every account unique.
I also like the other idea of spending exp on other class skills that would be interesting BFA/Fort/Ambush/vit x lol not bad :p ML and KS at same time too would it x strip by 4 :O lol could be interesting :p

Ya it'd be interesting until we start seeing the already 'overpowered' (compared to current game mechanics) level 70's running around even stronger then they already are 5 manning gods unbuffed and breaking the economy further by doing SR with no potions at all.

People who are level 70 have worked very hard for a long time to get to where they are, they should be over powered compared to the lower levels.
Honistly i dont get why people have an issue with level 70's power...

I'm not complaining about level 70. I'm simply saying that based on the state of the current game it's not prudent to FURTHER INCREASE the power of a level 70 because there is very very little in this game that would require level 70.
My point is that because there is little for a level 70 to do as opposed to a level 60 it would end up completely unbalancing things when level 70's can legitly join raids twice as fast due to needing less people and not needing skills. And the fact is that the difference between 50-60 and 60-70 in terms of power is unproportionatly higher.
For example, Fully buffed I'm at 2.8k attack and 13.5k hp at level 58 in SR gear. On the other hand, Kyosuke who really doesn't have gear much greater then mine (infact I have the same in some slots and comparable in others) has 6.8k attack and 11k hp unbuffed at 69.

I think it would be cool for lvl 70 to be able to spend only the extra exp after lvl 70 mark on upgrades, but not hp and attack buffs, just like personal account upgrades, rpt and mr, stuff like that. Im only lvl 60 though, long way off for me

because he worked harder (well not really he came back and people acted like they had a school girl crush on him and gave him everything) and got to a higher level... So he should have higher stats than lower levels, the high attack/hp stats you get for being a higher level should give people reason to grow... Only thing is, once you get to level 70 you have nothing else to do in the game, which is what this thread is about... what can be added to keep level 70's interesed in the game...

I think you're missing the point. The Atk/HP growth is unproportional to the growth from 1-60. Meaning Atk/HP growth from 1-60 makes sense. 60-70 doesn't, providing much higher bonuses then it really should. Even then this isn't what i'm complaining about.
The complaint rests in making 70's even stronger then they ALREADY ARE. I'm not adverse to new content for 70's. . .That makes sense. But unbalancing the game further by letting them get skills from other classes makes very little sense.

That idea has been said a few times, when you make your account you get a crappy item but as you level up so does the item.
It would be a nice thing to have, but it should be a different item than a weapon or shield because thats what they always seem to go for.. when you make your account you should be able to chose which slot item you would like then you get that and it cant be dropped and doesnt take up backpack space.

They should work the item out in all item slots so people can pick which one they want (without an option to change)

It's funny that you think OW is even trying to compete with WoW. Regardless WoW already announced another expansion and a level increase. . .

A new skill alone wouldnt keep level 70's interested in the game, it needs to be a lot more.

Does anyone remember the old CHM, OHM and DHM stats? The levels for the masteries never stopped. There was some kind of formula to calculate the next level and once you reached that amount of hits or defends, you would be given that level. Then it would start over for the next level. The higher the level you were trying to achieve, the more hits you needed.
I forget the exact formula, but I think it was something like this:
OHM = level * level * 1000
DHM = level * level * 100
CHM = level * level * 100
Meaning if you were trying to reach level 40 chm, you would need 160,000 hits or 40*40*100.
Perhaps they could add something like this for levels. Maybe once you hit level 70, this system becomes implemented on your account? I haven't really thought about it too much, so I haven't thought of a good formula, but I think something like this could work. It would stop people from reaching 'the game over club.' Thoughts?

I like the idea of a something after 70, at 70 the masteries return is a good start, maybe an area in DC for just lvl 70's all the mobs lvls are like 80 or 90 and they have there own quest inside this are.

There is a reason to cap exp - It's so when they release new stuff it isn't outdated immediately, of course. . .Since you still receive exp while maxed, though, it kind of defeats the purpose of the system they took care to put in place.

Add a whole new world for lvl 70 only. Level 70 are level 1 there. Whole new content where 70s have to work together and put aside the differnces from pre 70. Possibly a new server in a sence?

I ment a new "server" as in a place where maybe a copy of thier characters gets moved over. Not tied to other servers in anyway. Just as a bonus of getting to 70 so they have somthing to do. Maybe random lvl 70 only events. Just new content so theres somthing to do.
Also we need somthing along those lines for sboto and rsoboto holders. Those guys told me they would call on me one day... cross server massive raid?

There really is no end game just because your level 70, just the point in dcaa'ing all day is not necessary. You still have options to do many things, SR, blades, treasury, raid, crap like that. Maybe move on to another account.

I'd like to see the admin do a sign up and see how many people would actually like to do a cross servers war. The account you sign up with would be copied and moved to a war server, maybe teams randomized and the winning team gets points and medal or trophy on there profiles :)

they was gonna add the aa system which u spent xp on to gain extra abilities but now there adding enhancements to treasury which is the same thing only its pts they want and not xp

Everyone should get use to it i waited nearly 2 years for new lvls when they finally got added it only lasted 3 days, so if they have new lvls they should add them now, cause just waiting to add stuff just outdates it before its even been bought out

And for something to do for highest lvl is more things like SR but stronger (and do not allow to sell those things)

You (Lvl 70s) Shud lvl me up till i hit 70 :D
I think there should be something special in the game for people who hit the max level (currently 70) we should get something more for being the highest level to give us something to do which would make us want to continue playing since there isnt much to do once you hit 70 hence game over club.
Any ideas ;)

I want the ability to spend some of my experience in the treasury to upgrade my account some more. Maybe to buy more attack, hp, resistance,etc...
This option should be restricted to level 70 accounts only, though. =)
Edit: How about the ability to buy skills from other skill classes? I have every skill a popstar can have and I still have 5 sp left over. I would love to be able to use those in a skill like dark strength or something. :p
I don't think we're going to get much support, sparda. Too many non level 70 haters. =)
i think the option to buy other skills would be nice but it would make the level 70s to over powered on the smaller accts

I posted a while ago about a " high risk " area for high lvl players.
This involves kick ass mobs which should you lose to them they drain your exp instead of strength.
Obviously the rewards should be worth the risk but i thought it brings something different for high lvl players into the game.

I think it should be that way for all mobs so when someone is DCAA you can remove their items and you can prove its dcaa while they continue to attack and lose...

I think someone DCing without their gear for hours straight clearly is not at their computer lol. I might notice when i look in my BP or notice my rage drop down to 4k after the hour change. Also you must be friends with that person since you are unequiping their gear through trustee lol.
