I reckon, it would be a similar boost, from Sacred Blade v1.0 (175 EXP etc.), to the newer version, which has 219 in the respective stats.

Thats a personal guess anyway,

Well have you seen that new torso item with the crazy elemental resistance and high aph/eph?
That had like 300+ eph/aph so I'm pretty sure oblivion upgrade to 200+ wouldn't be considered crazy at all.

Obliv isn't as difficult to get anymore so I don't think it should get a buff.

If anything needs updated it's the murderface tier :\. Those mobs are some of the hardest in ow and the items aren't even as good as SR.

Well. TBH. They're not really THAT hard any more. They used to be but now with the levels and more resist items and so on, they're not too hard.

I think that was the admins' intentions: for people to eventually circulate more and more elemental resistance items to make it so that those mobs became easier and easier. That's what happened with set raids like Gov and Symph and Ele right?

SR items are easy to get, such as the grace. The stats is as great, or greater, than a Obl shield.. Obl deff needs to get improved - which was said by an admin before - question is when will it happen

yes it does need upgraded since they said AND I Quote It Will be The Best Set in the game resist needs 2 be put at 100 of each type it has (NOT 100 OF EACH ) just 100 instead of 50
and status need 2 be made like 250 rage 250 exp 2.5k mr 600 hp 5-8 crit and weapon need 2 be given 150 kinetic attack since normal attack is soo weak

You could make soulgems drop on the 5-man raids and the potion set raids for the upgraded oblivion and make people work for them.

I had a thread about this in the old forum. Anyone that says "itz so easy to git!!!1" really needs to think that comment over a bit more. The God's spawn between 1-5 days (well about) and don't drop a soulgem everytime. So, it could be months before you even get 1 peiice, thats IF you automatically get the SG's. You can do those new gods that are easier to do and get a better BP quicker then you'd get oblivion in a fair crew. Not to mention you can get a better ring, shield, neck, and head all from SR.

Nice stats for Obl. would be +100 resistance (might sound high but obl. only has like 2-3 different resistances on each peice), +175 rpt/ept, +1500 MR, +3 crit, + 5 ramp, and 200 HP in addition to their current stats for every peice besides the blade. The blade is good enough as it is.

So basically the boots would be:

679 HP
+150 fire resistance
+150 arcane resistance
+150 kinetic resistance
350 rage per turn
350 experience per turn
23% rampage per turn
3674 max rage
10% critical hit


This would make Obl. the best again but wouldn't blow everything away to much. Even 275/275 rpt would be nice, these were just rough numbers compared with the NEW BP which will set stards for the future. So I think it'd be smart to upgrade it to 350/350 now before new recipies are found and theres boots/necks/etc with equal stats as the BP.

oblivion blade is fine the way it is. i dare to say that oblivion blade is far much better than sacred blade now and it's easier to obtain. i don't think i wanna see oblivion blade being made better than reforged. if so, also upgrade sacred blade to be better than oblivion blade and upgrade reforged stats too. but that would be insane considering gods are already being pwned easily with teh attack/hp people have now

i do believe ow may change the god stats to coinside with the new levels they need to do it soon though as some crews taking advantage of certain gods being weak now.

i think the obliv blade is ok the stats are fine the rest of the items need an upgrade though
