Do you feel mods are doing there jobs? I sure don't :) Post thoughts, and if this thread is closed, then you have already answered the underlying question of this entire question. Thanks ahead of time.

I've had one for a month, and I have yet to get anywhere with it, and it's a simple problem that would take about 2 seconds to fix because I know, I used to be one.

jZampage - I would like to know why you think you haven't recieved a reply to your ticket when one was sent to you on 3 January asking for further information - you simply haven't replied to that ticket with the information requested so the ticket remains open.

I would seriously suggest that before complaining about the mods, you help us to help you, because the ticket you initially submitted didn't provide anything like the informatiuon needed!

For reference, please go to "Your Account" > "Support" > In there you will see open tockets, please ensure that if you have submitted a ticket - this is where you will fine a resolution, or indeed a reply asking for further information.

As a hint, there are almost NO unread and replied tickets accross servers!

Oh and also, I had a ticket from Christmas about this, but that one got deleted. HAH. Any convenience to get out of work. :)

And I see plenty of people *****ing on sigil about their unanswered tickets. I'd hate to see whats on other servers because to my knowledge you're one of the best mods on ours and usually get on things asap, I don't see that happening on other servers, but one person can't do everything, can they.
