When I am in the loading screen, the one where it says loading datablocks and stuff, It says CoP.exe then it does tht error report with the dont send and send stuff. How do i fix?

Well... what OS are you running? What version of .Net do you have installed? Do you have any other network/internet based applications running? Have you scanned for viruses and other malware? That's a beginning to diagnose problems but what you have given us in that post doesn't help solve the issue.

Also, if you go to start > run > enter "dxdiag" without the quote and click run > save the report > and copy it's contents on to here that would help greatly.
