That is an extremely rare drop - I didn't even bother doing the quest - the reward didn't seem worth it.

Umm killing the demonic spiders is a good quest next to stizzy. Use wahzaa.be or whatever that site is.

...shoulder bags aren't all that rare. i got one on my second run through the casino for the first part of extra protection, and on the third dealer i killed for the second part. but maybe i'm just lucky?

i make extra protection 2 i have the shoulders bag (dificult)... now i´m running outwar dollar bill (7 i need) so difficult drops...
