verifying my self

i recently wanted to buy some points and when i tried this new way with e-check it said you have to verify and to fill out the following...i proceeded and put a phone # down and never heard anything again. If anyone knows another way to verify your self besides going through buy points screen plz inform me. Thanks

Did it say that Rampid was supposed to contact you?

It may take a few days for them to varify you, but I have had to do it for myself and elp frineds, eventaully they get you and the points go through.

Add Stacey to your !YIM, I had the same problem and she verified mine in under 5 minutes.

A lot of people every day buy points some times verifying takes longer with some then others because of the phone numbers and info given. Just give it time and also be patient. If you hear nothing in a few days you can try Stacey who is wonderfully helpful or the billing support form.
