My character is in an unknown location and is unable to travel it saying the source zip code is invalid. Is anyone else having this issue. Admins can you please help this has been going on for a while. I just closed one ticket and reopened another one

I wouldn't recommend closing another ticket, it can take quite a while sometimes, but it usually only takes longer when you close and reopen tickets.

Understood, however the first one was open for a year with the only feedback being are you still having this issue after a couple weeks. So I thought it would be best to reopen and try to get it on a fresh start.

Tech support people are not really associated with the forums, they may peruse it occasionally, but I wouldn't count on a timely response here.

The bug report forums are more for a lasting record of such than anything else.

Thanks, I always assumed the RG staff (other than just forum) would be here. Is there a way to contact them manually. Email/phone etc.

That's the only non-billing contact info I know of.

I do seem to recall reading ages ago that they outsourced greedinc coding/support. But that may not be the case anymore with the economy the way it is.
