Please help

I've been logging on to my Greeninc account through facebook for over a year with no problems but as of two days ago it wont let me log in. I went to Rampid and requested a new password but this will not work with Greedinc, I tried again with another new password with the same result. Is the problem with facebook? I can log into Rampid with my user name and password but not Greedinc....can anyone help me please.
