This quest will not run and apparently has yet to be fixed, if I do not complete this quest I cannot proceed in the Main Quest Line, I was told to post in the forums about it, here I am.
Every now and again the Party Names List (As known as Group) will begin to show as letters without reference to User Names, and some times fail to read into the system entirely.

On a different topic since I'm here in Feedback anyway, I wanted to suggest a level of "Player Structure Building" Which would be temporary Caves, Shelter, Et cetera.
