Admin Spotter ADDON

I need a addon that floods world chat with notification to players when an admin comes on. Once said addon is made we'll all use it, it'll trigger upon sighting an admin in chats and/or if you physically see them in game. I'd also like a option to include mods.

it would probably be easy to do if they showed up in a /who, but seem as they dont, dont think its possible in lua :/
