Well I have been unable to connect to synge since last night..I was in the crypt and zoned and now cannot log in..ive created another toon to try and log in..still will not let me..keeps saying your connection to server has timed out right after I select character..even uninstalled and reinstalled..submitted ticket but no response..any suggestions?

To fix your problem I suggest uninstalling.

I also suggest giving that Nub guy your account, he'll level all your characters because he loves the game even more than me!
