Yea so the drunk Bechard guy needs some chips. I have the red and blue one but not the green one. Which im guess comes from doing a quest for stella or something cause he couple quest guides talk about that, but there is no option for me to do quest or anything for her so yea...

My guess is you're at the part in the quest where you need to kill the cave troll before you can proceed with her quest. If memory serves you need to talk to the LT. after the kill to progress.

I did all that and it still doesn't say anything about the chips. Any other suggestions?

I actually had this problem too. What happened to me was the talk link for Stella disappeared because I left the training grounds and went and talked to bartender Johnny and got more passes, basically to cut down on the number of quests I had not done. (this was on Rancid server). I don't know if the game mods can fix this one or not, as it seems to be a glitch. (one that I had forgotten about)

Actually I messaged the game mod on Rancid about this (a few times, waiting a couple weeks in between) and never received a response, so I just stopped playing that server.
