I am level 17 and I still have the quest Bechard and his Chip active and I still havent got a Green Chip. I had someone get on my account and they dont know the problem eather. I believe I should have it.

is the green chip the one you get for defeating the cave troll and talking to the other general about it?

Go to wahzaaaa.be (http://forums.rampidgaming.com/wahzaaaa.be) and look in the quests droplist for Training Grounds quest. It will tell you exactly how to get the green chip.

i cant figure it out even with that website. i think i already did everything but i didnt get the chip... i am about to just drop the quest.

Have you killed the sand troll yet? If so go and talk to Lt. Longstock more then likely again since you've done that a few times, if he has no talk link then try retalking to stella then the Lt again.
