About support

Almost a half a year ago i sent a support ticket regarding my multis skills who where (they still are) messed up. A mod told me that its ok, peoples are working on it and i should be patient.

Now after half a year the skills are still messed up and i was wondering if a mod still remembers that i sent that support ticket?

I don't want to send another ticket, because the mods don't like multiple tickets.

I would suggest sending a new support ticket as the support has been upgraded and more efficient then it used to be.

Yes, i will probably do so, but i am just curios about those tickets that get closed with the answer that someone is working on it or be patient. I mean, do they store those tickets in one place and look over them once in a while? Or do they just forget about them?

Every mod is against multiple tickets, but if they just close them and forget about them, then how can we get the help without sending multiple tickets?
