Low level quests

Please tell me where i can find more quests? I'm lvl 11 and i keep wondering in DC and killing rancid thieves and enforcers...
Done the mug q and others...

There's a simple quest that will require a bit of extra strength at the City Hall (a bit north-east of Rancid's Camp). You'll have to talk to the Major, and he'll ask you for a pizza, which will be cold, so he'll be pissed and ask you to kill Dominic's mobsters and capos. After that you can try Trent Blackhearts quests (south east of Rancid's), and after that you HAVE to do the Catacombs quest. It's long, but for a completely new player it's a good quest...as it'll give you a lot of experience and some decent augments.

those are still pretty high even for level 11 - the popstars are level 16, and guards are like 22 if I recall. Best bet is to do taverns quest - newb quest in training grounds if you haven't already - the tavern guys venom quest - rancid quests - go to the jailing cell and kill like 25 thugs or w/e - its like a 3 part press - merc goggles water bag quest - etc.

I've said it once and I'll say it again, you'll wanna invest in some decent buff spells before you take higher areas, if your on Zimbob, I can buff you when you're on if you want.

It'll make you able to take level 45+ mobs, so you can get some stronger quests out of the way in a quicker time.

yeah - if hes level 11 I wouldn't assume he would have any skills yet - but yeah if you're on a server im sure someone would be more then willing to give you skills.

even if he is level 11, he has 1 SP and is not too far away from another one.
He can invest in Empower or some other decent beginner skill ;P
