Level Restrictions.

Hey, I'm having trouble spawning bosses, like Synge. Is this to do with me being lvl12?

also, some quests I wish to do, aren't available to me yet, is this again because of my level.

No I haven't heard of this problem. Maybe it's just bad luck. Sorry to hear that :(

i'm not entirely sure, but i think most quests have level restrictions. the list of quests on the outwar wiki has them if you want to look at that.

I believe the minimum level restriction applies to the Talk button, and not to the mob spawning. You should be able to kill everything that comes your way if your ATK and HP are enough, and even spawn mobs in rooms independently of your level, but once spawned you wouldn't be able to talk to them, like in the case of Gunsmoke in Monster Mash II if you're not lvl40, or that mob at the northern-most room in the Cement Company for the Jemima's Recipe quest.

Yeah, the mob spawns are all set on luck, there is a set % to wether it spawns or not.
Some people get it on the first try, but others can not get it till after there 50th enemy spawn.

Its just all based on luck.

I have sat and cursed and sworn for hours trying to get a boss to spawn (while others pop in, spawn him and kack him), and other times I have had a boss spawn three times before I finish off killing the "trigger" mobs.

Just hang in there and be patient, some are easier then others but when you get that spawn it sure does feel great.

lol i hate that, it can be soooo annoying if youve been trying to spawn something for ages and then you finally do and someone else kills it -_-

One other thing, not sure if this is what you're doing or not. Their are 2 synges, 1 is the rare spawn you're after, and the other is the guardian Synge. I could be wrong, but theirs a small chance that you're trying to spawn the guardian Synge and not the rare spawn Synge, if this isnt the case I apologize, but was the first thing that came to my mind after reading your post.

The Gaurdian Synge is different then the other Synge that's in the top left corner of Synge Concstruction.

Guardian Synge spawns once a day (+/- 6 hours)
the other Synge is just a rare spawn, kinda like GunSmoke

I'm going for the Synge in the top left corner of the room. I put my mouse over it and it said who spawned and who killed, the other just says who killed, usually a name obviously used by a crew. thanks for your concern, but the ***** still aint spawnin'

I'm actually interested in the quest list ordered by required level. I know wiki has a rather nice little table on the page but, as I'm sure many have noticed, wiki is down at the moment. The problem is, i cannot find that table on any other page or site on the net, just quests listed by reward. Anyone know where i can view another required level table in the meantime?

if you do a google search for outwar quests, there should be a cached copy of the wiki page available.
