I recently ordered points, early yesterday, since I live in Canada I don't have an SSN to give them so they have to verify it through the phone. I'm merely posting here because I'm curious as to the average wait time on the phone call. I ordered point a while ago and they had to verify I missed the phone call three times, and when I tried to call the call back number they left I could not reach them so I do not wish to miss their call this time. Sadly I don't recall how long it took for them the first time so, although I know it comepletely depends on when they can get to it, I was just wondering around average so I hopefully do not miss it. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Back in the day it took me about 2-3 days.

Honostly..your better off getting in your car and driving to NH and picking them up lol :)

They called when I was in class, and the left a message. I called back, and left a message with them just saying my account and all that, and that I did order points, and they accepted it. I'm pretty sure you don't have to actually speak with them.

Lol :p Well they ended up calling today and confirming it, though I don't have my points yet. I don't know if it takes time to get them or what but I suppose I will wait for a little while before calling them...thank you for the answers though, I appreciate the responses.
