ok so i send in a support ticket, it gets answered to an admins satisfaction and closed even though he didn't really try to figure out what was going on at all. Cool, so I send in another support ticket addressing the problem, and a mod closes it without sending it up to admins. generally I wouldn't have a huge huge problem with this, but we're talking about 16k points here, and around $1000 a week i was spending on this game.

the ticket (5129) started out about me using someone's account they gave me, and me spending an assload of points on it, then the original owner deciding he no longer wanted to quit because now he had nice gear. Obviously OW will give him his account back because he can prove ownership of the account, what about ownership of the points? the response i get with the ticket closed is:

Maybe I should and let them realize they will keep losing good customers if they have retarded ass mods that are more interested in closing support tickets than actually doing the job they are supposed to do.....Seriously, how are mods picked? It can't be based on IQ test, ability to interpret information, customer service courses, etc... so how are mods selected? I work in a customer service based company, and I would get the shit slapped out of me if I were to treat customers the way you guys do. Let's try pulling heads out of asses and run the business as if you wanted it to actually stay in business

Medicine man is a legend!! Outwar should look in to this, It's funny how the players that help start the game back in the day are just pushed to the side and forgot about. I feel your pain Medicine man I to lost my old account a few years ago when Katrina hit my state and i was not able to log in to outwar from not having power for over 3 months I know one thing if Medicine man said he did this I believe him 100% I understand that it got nothing to do with ow on their part. glad someone out there actually sees how things should work, if only rampid saw it that way.

maybe the money I spent (past tense because I canceled all my PP subscriptions and haven't bought points since this happened) wasn't enough to open their eyes. Maybe a few more people need to get screwed over (not wishing this on anyone, and I know it has happened to several people and feel bad for everyone of them) and stop spending money for rampid to realize they have to actually give a shit about their paying customers.

I do not know the original owner of the account, and I am sure he can look through however he got paid for the account and know that it wasn't me that paid for the account. The person that gave it to me was the former 2ndRegime......

Can i remind you mods are doing this almost for free? You are still getting paid for your job, We are doing this for like 20$ a month. And still every mod would of said the same. support tickets are not for point issues, but for character problems.

If I buy a faulty stereo at Best Buy and I want to return it I would most likely go to a returns counter not to a manager (whom will just end up directing you to a returns counter).
