If your ticket has a * next to it then the ticket has been either marked as "Completed" or responded to (or both!) by a moderator or administrator.

A reminder to also check your support ticket page every hour or so for ticket responses by admins/mods.

In addition - if the Ticket has gone - don't assume that it has been deleted - it may have been sent onto admin for any further corrective action to be taken.

If in doubt, speak to a monitor for your server

that's strange, i do check every hour and it hasn't been replied to.

they must think, if he can wait 2 months, he can also wait 3 months.

Wow, these wait times for responses is getting ridiculous.

Wizzy,

the really silly thing is people who send in the tickets and then never check back for a reply, then they send in a new ticket complaining the first was never replied to. Or they spam the queue with more complaints on the first ticket.

If people give us the needed information we can get to them a hell of a lot faster.

Some issues will take longer as admin needs to handle it, but those of us in the support department are doing things as fast as we can to help expedite issues.

People should really talk to their Game Helpers and Monitors before they send in tickets so that they can get advice as to what exactly is needed in a support ticket for their particular issue.

As far as the waiting. I think a good idea would be to add something that shows a constantly updated Average Answer time for support tickets so people have a REALISTIC idea of how long they have to wait because that thing that says "Please allow up to 48hours for a reply" or something along those lines really throws you off.

This isn't supposed to be a complaint about support thread - as far as i am concerned, the main question has been answered.

The vast majoity of tickets are answered within 48 hours, this doesn't mean RESOLVED within 48 hours - 99% of the time, we go back for further information. This is still a response.

W1 has a good idea (this is twice i have agreed with you - scary) about the avg response time, but in practice, i honestly do'nt think it would work.

In a ticket, the more information that people provide the better it is........

Also, NO ticket gets deleted (unless duplicate and/or blank (which does actually happen).....if you think that, then you are VERY misinformed.

I will keep this thread going on the basis that it is healthy to discuss support - no more complaint posts, they will be deleted and the thread will be closed.........

enjoy :D

Thanks for the clearing up on that part Shawty.

I meant Average Time to RESOLVE the issue.

You mean the more RELEVANT information put in the better and again, some people definitely need help with selecting the relevant information.

...I think Madrox mentioned something along the lines of "Occam's Razor..." ^_^.

ok then what do you have to do if you allready reported your issue to 2 head moderators the first day it happened, allready spammed the admins on aim, sent in tickets which don't get answers, and when finally someone looks at your ticket and puts a star on it, nothing has been done so you send in another reply to the ticket that it in total has been 2 months since it happened and you're still nowhere?

And god forbid if you post it on the forums.

what a hypotetical situation.

mysql> select * from users where crew = 253291;
Empty set (0.00 sec)

No one is in that crew.. the user you referred to is in Cold Hearted now..?

yes, the crew booted the leader, or so it seems, so i used the opportunity to buy some stone raven gear for the account and put it in a 10 fury crew.

the crew still exists but has noone in it, but if u simply put one of my accounts as leader, it won't work as it gives the second error of not being in a crew.

Give me an example account you'd like as leader, since I assume you don't want that other guy moved out of CH?

The crew was disbanded. That's why you get the error. I'll check with support to see why and if it's okay to reverse it.

Thanks, yea it was disbanded, cuz it had the error and booted my leader, then it was gone one day, and I got it back cuz of the rollback, if its any help it started to give the error when the crew features were released. November somewhere.
