you'll get a lot more help if you ask specific questions...or you could check out the outwar wiki, i'm pretty sure it has a lot of articles geared towards helping new people figure out what's going on.

Just click FAQ when you're on OW, that'll bring you to a page that has plenty of info on all the basics of the game. Plus, if you click on "Quests" on the same page, it'll bring you to a page that shows you all the info you need on all the quests. It'll really help to do the quests because it'll help you level up much faster and it also keeps the game interesting. Check it out.

Yeah we can help you, But where's the fun in that? Just be thankful you did not play in the wild wild west days of outwar, When you had no such thing as rage and only a few skills And war was the game. You would wait for hours just to get a few rage to attack someone and goldmember was the sh_t! It's not much to understanding the game you dc to grow you attack players that piss you off and become friends with players that are Rich! If i tell you more i would have to attack you! lol
