Having issues with game

Hey all, Is there some kind of bug or glitch with game? I just started to play about 3 or 4 days ago or so and everything was fine. But other day when I was getting ready to leave for work and my cousin was over on my computer and I think he created a new user on my same computer because now it's crossed the game account I tried to delee the game account and try to restart it all but it won't let me. I deleted his user he made and made another 1 for me to see if I could fix the issue but now when you go to fill out the info on city you wanna start off in it just now radomly put's me in a city and also when you go to pick out 1 of the starter ranks it won't let me pick it just starts me off as a basic solider.

Is there a way to fix this issue?

Look, I dont mean to be a jerk but honestly, Rampid weren't even the devs of this game, and support, which minimal even at the start of this game, has dropped considerably if not all together. So I doubt there will be any fix for you guys, sorry.

Agreed, it was great start but they really messed it up by allowing all the abuse that goes on in the game. Look at Corsair fleet, yakuza 3 or 4 actives & rest multis & all they do is build 30 or 40 super malls in each large city which defeats the whole point of playing because you cant compete with multis.
