yea I don't believe the old recruiting forums were used much, and let's be honest a lvl 10 or even a lvl 30 or lower may not have points, and its very rare they will find a crew, unless its really small, but hey everyone starts somewhere right

Telling a lvl 10 to make a shoutbox post has to be the stupidest thing ive ever heard. The recruiting forum definitely needs to be brought back, it might not be used by the larger crews but the smaller ones need it to get by.
