my outwar account

ok i need an admin / mod to help me here.....what happened to the accounts now.....i cant login to my old account anymore it said the password was wrong so i did a password recovery and it didn't send it to my email i had registered with the account whats the deal with this ?

i was about a lvl 40.....and i have spent about a year on the character ....and now i cant log on anymore or get the password.....

the info if you want it here:

login username: denkikoiji

accounts under user: denkikoiji & omyroku

there lvl's are around lvl 40 or so ^_^

password: ask me admin/mod only for confirmation
security question: ask me admin/mod only for confirmation
