I've finished the missions in the starting area and gotten my pass to DC, i'm now lvl 10 and i have no idea where to go for mobs/quests my lvl.

Any help?

Outwar Wiki helps out a lot with all of the quests, and also tells you what level you need to be in order to do each one. Check it out, should help.
