hello, this is D_twizzy from sigil server and i would like to share my idea i've been thinking of for a while.
I just talked to a mob on the live support and he think this would be a great idea as well so i thought i would post for everyone else to see and hopefully get an admin's opinion.
The idea is pretty simple though and hopefully wouldn't take much time or effort to be done.
Pretty much all it is is a separate vault that would be added for the sole purpose of storing potions.
I think this would be very useful to any crew who goes after pot gods, and would help some crews to be able to beat more potions gods, adding more competition to the game.
The purpose of this would be so you could give your trusted raiders permission to award the potions as they please. This way you don't need to give the vault perm to people that you don't fully trust yet, but they can still raid as they please to earn your trust.
There is some pros and cons for this and i know what the people against it will say right away.. something about complaining that they spent so and so pts to get the 500 vault so they could store their items and potions without it being overcrowded.
Well theres an easy solution to that as long as admins agree with it, but if not there is other methods to get around it(which means deal with it if u bought 500 vault)
The first thing i would suggest is to make the vault free to any lvl 3 crew, starting with say 50 potion spaces. This would probably be best, especially for those not willing to buy pts on things that can be a tad over priced.
Another option to this could be to make to buy the separate potion vault for your crew, which of course would make some people complain as always, but would allow Outwar to make some profit off this where they would maybe loose profit from people buying the 500 space vault.
Another option is to make the Potion Vault standard for any lvl 3 crew, but have available upgrades for the amount that you want it to store. (ex. 50 spaces standard, and upgradeable to: 100, 150, 200 vault spaces) This would also allow OW to make profit off the idea which im sure they are not against.
But, basically my main argument on why they SHOULD add this new feature to game, is so raiders can award potions to who needs them. This way they are not restricted to what gods they can raid because they haven't been in crew long enough or earn trust.
Also, it would stop peoples vaults from getting robbed if it ever does happened, which means ow mods/admins don't have to deal with your naggining about "so and so stole this from my vault."
Well, this is my idea and i hope you like it as much as i do, as i think it would be a very nice feature. Just go easy on the prices if you do actually do it! :)
(and hook up a free one for the idea?) lol
