how is 60% actuaclly 90%?

For exemple: "Current Income: $135,194/$1,351,935 Daily
Competitors: 73 (-60% income)"

I like the change made to the stadiums but fix income and/or percentage for competitors.

Where does it get the ammount of competitors from actiually?

Since it says for MEGA STADIUM 73 while there are just 52 (STADIUM/BARS & PUBS/NIGHTCLUBS and BROTHELS) build in the city (Do homes really count as a competitor?).

And why does it say when wanting to build a MEGA STADIUM 73 competitors and for exemple: SEX PARK - 17 competitors / RESTAURANT NIGHT CLUB - 5 competitors / LUXURY ICE BAR - 6 competitors.

Why do they have seperated competitors (same branch competitors) and a stadium has all biz as competitors?

Stadiums are State Competitive not city competitive. If other people have build a stadium within the same state as you, they will be classed as competition. Entertainment are also competitive but only within the same city. If there is only one brothel in a city, its income would be 100% as all people interested would go to that single brothel. However if there comes another brothel to the city, the population would be split on choice & most likely half would go to one & the rest to the other thus being a competitor. Even if you own the the brothels, they still compete for business taking a % away from one of them to cater for the other & the more that are build the less you make per store but more on the overall so long you dont flood the city with them like idiots do with mega stadiums.
