Supports tickets sent to admins

I was just wondering, if you have your ticket sent to an admin to sort, will you be able to reply to the tickit or do they send you a closed tickit?

It may appear to be closed - but it isn't, it is closed in the sense that you can't add anything more to it - but if the admin need anything they will ask and you would then be able to reply.
