no they dnt get upgraded bt u can get a 1000lbs truck from dodge for cheap or a cheaper one with 600lbs frm ford most expensive is 2mill truck frm ford

The cars do change the speed.. I do alot of "Quests" so i prefer a fast car over a car with a big trunk
