1. to take control of a city you need to be in a syndicate, and have property at the value of what the city requires, how much that is you can see on the syndicate button and then press current city control, you might need to be in a syndicate to view that button

1. Go to the town your curious about and go to this page http://greedinc.com/zipcontrol.php On the bottom of that page it will say "* Note: A syndicate must have at least $___ worth of property to gain control of this city." So if your syndicate builds enough properties to have over that ammount you gain control of it.

2. You can only be in one syndicate at a time. I believe if your in a syndicate you won't even get invites from others until your out of the syndicate.

3. I'm not sure exactly what you mean. If you mean "friends" as in facebook friends or if you mean "friends" as in syndicate members. You don't need to play this through facebook inorder to gain syndicate members although it probably is easier. Just build your acct up and see if there are any syndicates out there that look like a good fit for you and msg a leaders or r1 and see if you fit their requirements. Hope this helps.
