Change names on GPS FAV

I want to groupe some fav together and rename them so i understand wy the hell i maked that favorite. make this posible. i think this must be easy.
ps: its also stupid that i have to go to a town to delete it from my gps.

Open up Notepad or Word.

Copy/Paste the name of the city, state.

Write your reason down.
