Looking for active, established crew

Main Interests: Hitting the hitlist and raiding. Plus now I guess the adventure mode?

What I'm looking for: an established (upgrades, etc) crew with preferably an older, or at least mature member base. Active in raiding and progressing in game.

This is probably the worst place to look for recruitment . Post a message in then shoutbox or even another servers SB would be better than here. If you can't afford that, post look poke around on IRC and see what you can find. Or you can just start sending messages to people in your servers top 50 crews.

Should I reroll on a different server? What's considered "the" server these days?

Also, is there a clear advantage to monster, gangster, or pop star? Or does it still not really matter that much?
