Had some difficulties to level-up, but got it solved.

So thought this thread can be used for people which have issues with level-up.

You need to either;

Purchase some hacked sim cards from the black market.
Rob stores until you get them.

Your saying that robbing stores might get me some, but what do you understand by "robbing".
Do we get them by killing some of the employee's or do we have to kill everybody in the shops in order to get them?(which is way to hard on this level)

if you are lucky you get them by robbing store, meaning killing everyone and see if you get it in the safe, and it's not that hard to kill everyone in the store if you are robbing a store in a very small city, in city's with less that 1000 people no one should have to much trouble with robbing the stores

You clearly ignored the black guy pointing at you with the wad of cash in his fist when you first started.

If you had followed the tutorial and made the useless little basement grow farm, you would have gotten a free Hacked SIM Card, which would have given you the contacts needed to get your 1st level.
