Stella quest not showing up....?

I am lvl 10 and I have done all of the other quests for the "newbie guide" quests however this one wont show up......or she wont talk to me, I cant figure out what I am doing wrong

maybe youre at the part where you have to kill the big mob with the god juice... i dont think youre able to talk to Stella again before you kill him, and get the sword from him.

No like she has no bubble for talking so I cant even get to the point where I can fight the mob

Make sure you have done all the talking to Lt. Longstock.

Yeah I did pretty much all the quests and no-one but the drunk guy in the corner has a talk bubble

There is a glitch in that part of the training grounds quest. If you go talk to Barkeep Jonny before you talk to her, you lose your ability to talk to her.

Ok so what do I have to do to get the ability to talk to her back?

as far as I know, you can't. You can try sending in a support ticket, and hope.

If you really want to do the quest, basically you have to make a new character. (it's what I did)

Yea this happened to me and they never fixed it, i just moved on reward isnt that great anyways.
