View Full Version : Another bad support ticket

Since this is the second time i've gotten rotten help from this mod, i'm not leaving his name out. (shawty edited my post to remove his name)

For a few days i've only been getting 36k growth, which is just from items and doesn't appear to be taking in my preferred player growth. then i got online and sent in a support ticket about it. since i was online, i DC'd my account like 40k growth. and got the response below. he asked me a question and closed the freaking ticket on me; how am i supposed to respond?

What should I do if i want to get real help?

I\'ve not been getting my prefered player growth over at least the last 5 days.

GROWTH YESTERDAY 36,366

and i wasn\'t attacked at all yesterday, that\'s just growth off my items. it\'s been like that for a few days.

Don't put the name of the mod there, I really don't want ppl bashing mods again!.....but i know ur frustrated - I'll be at home in about 2 hours - then I'll look at the ticket and will catch you on aim or yim.......and we can talk about it!

If one of my employees did a lousy job serving a patron, and they asked for his/her name would it be un-ethical to decline giving such info? Yes...The job performance of a staff member shouldnt be with held, and kept secret cause the powers of thee dont want it publicized...If someone cant do their job properly, and affectively then they should be replaced with someone that can...Simple...Cold war ended forever ago, a community such as this shouldnt be held behind a iron curtain...But hey thats just my 2 cents :)

I am a bit confused. I sent in a support ticket. The latest response was that it was forwarded to an Admin. It now has a [A] (which is admin) AND a [C] (which is complete). Does this mean that they are done looking into the problem? Because it SURE AS HECK isn't fixed lol. I just want to be sure that I get this problem solved :p

I've gotten that as well recently. No comment from admins about what was going to be done if anything, just a [A][C]. Then another support ticket that an admin gives a on liner with a [C] action so no chance for me to say anything at all in return. I miss the days when Fabar or Torax would actually get on AIM and talk to you about your problem and not just dismiss it so fast or think they know all and not try to understand what's going on.

same thing happens with me but another mod ... pm for details .... he keeps closeing my tickets tho i lost 780 pts and he didnt gave me a answer ... i'll keep sending tickets till i get suspended cuz i send them in or till sum1 solve my problem

By all means yim me and give me the ticket number so I can look into it

I think there is a lot of confusion about the fact that the delays occur when tickets get sent to admin - they get a shed load, they do them as fast as they possibly can i'm afraid, patience really iss needed, despite the fact that it is clear ppl are frustrated.......

and no, sending in multiple tickets is NOT the answer!

well how can i sustain my point of view if i cant reply on tickets and they are marked with [c] ? just tell me how ? by sending in another ticket thats how. u guys just make ur own job more difficult than it is when u reply to a ticket prepare to solve it not just to give a answer to a noob
