How the F**k do i send SMS messages and view my contacts??

You don't need to send messages, that is something it's automaticaly done when going through a quest.

Now, about your contacts problem, do this. Hover you mouse over "My Journal", a drop-down menu will show up and you choose "View Current Relationships", that's where your contacts are.

how do you delete some contacts in the relationships? i cant buy or sell drugs from new contacts it says to make room but dont show you how to
