Where are all the quests gone?

I started out in a city which had quite a few quests available, so i got my brother to give it a go & chose the same city as his starting point & the only quest available was the free drugs one & that sit. He's traveled to all the cities/towns that ive been to & had quests from & nothing.

So, is this some kinda joke for late sign ups or is this it? Quests are limited to first come first serve?

Some people are gonna kill me, but check the northern western part of the USA ;).

i believe quest are based on first come first serve, i know myself i have hit all of long island NY and Upper NY including westchester county, albany, peekskill, etc etc, you just need to get yourself started with farms, once thats done you can basically survive from farming.

You could, but not when you get idiots with 1 building going around rubbing you. The cost of repair & the reduction of income because of the building damage against the income you generate your already losing.

Sorry, but this game has seriously gone & screwed the new players yet to come because they have nothing now.

I know the moment it was out of beta & everything was wiped, i did 3 days of questing & got myself around 500k & then bought armor, decent wep & the started robbing in higher cities/towns for income to build my small but limited empire.
