errors everywhere I go

I have 2 characters under the same log in. One character works fine the other one is getting errors everywhere it goes. As in I cant drive anywhere, I can go downtown but as soon as I click into someone I get same error message. basically i cant do anything with it. I have put in a support ticket and had a reply to that yesterday saying all should be ok but its not..I have added to the support ticket but no reply..
