but I'd like to see a way to organize your journal by city/miles/not completed/completed/kill/pickup

but the miles/city part the most ;]

I'd like to see this too. It's extra hassle to search for cities that you have the most quests in.

Same here. Also would like the direction too. ex: 75 miles North of current location, 15 miles South of current location etc. So I can keep moving in a general direction and not keep backtracking north and south. And yes, i could use google maps but why should I when a logical common sense update would suffice. Happy New Years everyone!
