missing quests

Yes once again here I am
Where is Xordam`s quest(Symp set) he don`t show up the same with officer Thopson(Gov set)
Where did malaki go??He don`t show up.3 Character problems.1 is still missing the second can`t get no gov set quest(lv18 Character)and the 3e got the other augments already but Malaki don`t show up.
Must I continue with my complaints??

Xordam is now a god. Talk to General bechard for symphony set.

Where are you up to on the holy stand quest? Have you killed him already?

Gov set is for 20+ tht is why the quest is still unavailable to you

no no last this week.btw is it possible to take a look at my 22 characters(1 still missing)cause they all have some trouble with some quests
