First things first, I would like a admin to put his opinion on my idea's & so forth as i think it would improve the game whilst it is in beta also is a good time to test.
Syndicate Updates
Syndicate Profile needs ability to add more info.
Ranks need to be given permissions.
Syndicate vault is needed for Syndicate growth & investment.
Un Used item Vault for those items we no longer use we can donate to Syndicate for others who need.
Syndicate Upgrades that effect the members in a positive way, such has more member stamina & Health.
Syndicate Owned Banks, buildings that remain with the syndicate regardless of who leaves/joins.
Syndicate can set a % of its members proceeds which go into the Syndicate for the leader or those with permissions to invest as they see fit.
Permissions for specific ranks to manage/upgrade & increase production of Syndicate own businesses.
Ability to increase rank numbers
Syndicate Zones for its members to operate & progress in. (this is for member expansion to do whatever they like but with the acceptance of the syndicate. At any time if they cause problems they can be ordered to new area’s to continue there expansion with Syndicate Funding)
Syndicate alliances, these would be made by allowing the other syndicate to build, construct businesses & other aspects within there controlled towns/cities but at a lowered cost to them. These are for example lower tax’s, higher profits & cheaper staff purchase & so forth. But a % of profits to ether Syndicate made in there territory would need to be agreed when setting out permissions & then the alliance can be made.
A Syndicate needs a minimum level of members to be able to control a set amount of states/countries.
Player Updates
To see exactly how much Stamina & HP is recharged & how quickly.
Stamina should slowly recharge when no attacking has happened for specific time.
City Bribes, These are bribes to city officials to turn a blind eye to your illegal activities. The more business’s you have the more tax you pay. This will stop people buying to stay on top & make activity, management & understanding to your cities needs to keep the business providing you with enough cash to invest.
Favours for city cops or politicians to keep them on your side, which could involve hitting other syndicates or other criminal organisations. Failure to do so could lose your contacts & end up paying more city tax to keep there eyes turned.
Should be a way to make public posts for everyone to see that is FREE.
Attacking people who want to buy/sell drugs will no longer want to buy/sell for you for a set amount of time.
Car images need to be completed.
International Destinations need to be added or at least some main countries such as UK, France, Germany, Canada & so on.
More Advanced Player profiles.
Ability to delete contacts from our journal without having to wait until they want to buy or sell again.
Able to delete GPS Locations without having to drive there first.
When building buildings in locations where a other Syndicate is in control, things should be more expensive to build & harder to sell & make a profit, but the higher the % you control before the point you take over the higher profits you make & cheaper things should get.
They should be a limit on the amount of buildings you can own, staff you can control without been in a syndicate.
To End Things Off
The game needs to be designed in a way to prevent anyone from keeping permanent control of anywhere.
Activity should be rewarded with higher respect from there sellers/buyers & other aspects of the game for regular visits & quests completed.
A Syndicate should not be allowed to recruit members from the same account holder or 1 account per player should be the limit & violations of this should result in account suspension & if continued abuse deletion. If however you share the net with someone else at your home, you would need to state this before the other party or both make accounts & this will be later checked on by the admins.
Make content to fill our days with things to do that we just don’t have enough time for & every day we play more content becomes available to us.
States, Cities & Towns need to be graded & only when a syndicate/player becomes high enough level or reach enough standing with the law or government would that area be unlocked for business’s to be built & so forth.
The class you chose should determine how easy or hard it is to do certain things. For example a banker should be able to make money on property more easily but would find it difficult to make ends meet making drug farms & so forth, however a scientist would make easy life on drugs & so on but hard for property construction via costs & upgrades. However all should be within everyone’s reaches but at different costs, effectiveness & profitability determined by there class.
Distance selling should come with high risks from been caught by the law & having the drugs seized. The greater the distance you deliver drugs to sell the greater the risk.
A syndicate should be able to lose control of any city/down they currently control to anyone if there members decide to be inactive for a period of time. A Active syndicate should be rewarded by various things which contribute to the syndicates wealth, control & power.
Last Words
This is a fantastic game for a beta & if you keep Multi account making to a minimum & be hard on abusers from the start, keep cheating & other aspects to a minimum then this could well make this a bigger & better game than outwar.
I used to play a game like this but it wasn’t diverse enough & was limited to what you could do & how often. If you continue to develop this game & make it so diverse regardless of class or if your out of stamina or have no money there’s always things to do.
A Syndicate should NEVER be able to be a dominating force in any area if only 1 or 2 players are in the syndicate or if only 1 or 2 are the only active ones. Keeping inactive accounts should result in negative ways im sure you can thing of some stuff to deter Syndicates to collect inactive thinking the inactive properties will continue to help them when it wouldn’t.
If the reason for lack of development on Outwar was because of the development of GreedInc then all I can say is that’s ok by me. The game looks sound & diverse & I hope you don’t neglect this in any shape or form & continue to make it a digital earth for its members to dominate there own little slice of it unknown to the rest of people until they decide to expand.
Thank you for this & I cant wait until its out of beta so I can dedicate more time from scratch to enjoy this fully.
