The best thing i have seen by admins this year is the fact that during the rollback, no admin would give me my new login information when everybody couldnt login. The best part of this was the fact that i had to give my full info for my main rampid and the full info of my skill multi rampids to someone else for them to try and get the password reset and sent to my proper email address. Whats even better is that the admins gave this info to my friend but wouldnt give it to me.
What i also like is all the way during last year, i sent about 20 support tickets (Probably more) about two issues:
1. About a mass amount of points being transfered out of my account to another account.
2. About my old main who was suspended over a two years ago without a reason.
I send alot of support tickets about these two important issues which noone responded to (probably deleted them from the que). My old main was finally unsuspended no thanks to Justin about 6 months. Took me another 3 months to get it tagged to my rampid (Again i had to get one of my friends to get an admin to do it because the admin wouldnt do it for me).
My old main (Which should never have been suspended in the first place) is only lvl 40 (it was 200k till level 40 before it was suspended) which should be like level 66 now and i am also down 2,000 points and 2 kinetic potions which i have payed for Stupidly with my own money. I honestly have no idea why i am still playing this game.
I would like to give a specail thanks to all the admins who have ignored me, and to Justin who would have rather unsuspended a person who hacked this game and tried to ruin their business than a paying customer who had their account wrongfully suspended. I would like to also extend my appreciation to all of the mods/helpers whatever you like to call them for deleteing all my support tickets.
And before the smart asses and ass kissers start to post...
1. I dont care if i have spelt words wrong, keep it to yourself
2. I dont care if i have used wrong grammer, again keep it to yourself, maybe you can be an english teacher someday.
3. This is a fourm, i am aloud to voice my opinion, i am not breaking any rules, please dont delete this post.
