you should just wait. 6 days is very little for a ticket to be answered...

I understand that you want your character back and that you are worried about it.

That being said, there is no point to compare yourself to other people on the game, it will just make you lose your hair.

If I were you I would be happy that someone actually looked into it's progress and updated you on it. If you were to say complain a lot more about it, chances are you would get Slower service. OW doesn't seem to take very kindly to people who pester the hell out of them.

Then just be patient because complaining about it on the forum won't move your ticket up in the admin queue.
