OK i have this problem. After that huge OW crash last year when OW got a rollback to last september i lost my 500kb profile picture update. A crew mate said that i should send a support ticket, that OW already restored someones profile picture upgrade in like 1 day.
Now the fun begins. I send my first support ticket that did not get answered and they they changed the support system and asked from everyone to resend the tickets, so i resent it. After waiting for a month i was reading a forum post where an admin said that all support tickets are answered, but mine was not. Then i decided to send another support ticket to remind them about the first one. Then i finally got an answer that said that i should be more patient. I think that 1-2 months was patience enough for me, but no, i had to be even more patient. Oh and he closed my both tickets without doing anything.
Like a week ago i decided to make another approach with the very good idea to threaten them with BBB. Now i finally saw some action on my support ticket. First a mod reviewed it and sent it to the admins for further action. I finally thought that i will get my profile picture upgrade back.
After a while i see that last action taken on my support ticket was by Rampid_Misery and without answering anything he closed the ticket. Finally i was ready to search for my old profile pic, BUT when i went to my profile i see that my profile picture upgrade is still not restored. Still at 50kb...
So now i would like to know some new ideas on how to get support in this game? Oh and without installing all of those IM softwares, because i don't think that those 3rd party softwares should be necessary to get support on OW.
