Level ban

I know it used to be that when you attacked a mob more than 5 levels over you it got a serious increase in atk/def. Does anyone know if that is still the case. I could just go check it out, but I'm working and I don't have a lot of time to dick around. Besides it gives other people something to do/think about

Well when they first introduced the new skills, It was a level ban, I remember hitting a mob strong enough to kill it with emp. and somehow it survived and killed me by hitting me for less than the amount of hp I had left. I posted a topic in the old forums when this happened and gave it the title "level ban", so I kind of did it again.

yeah, i remember that. but its no longer like that now w/ mobs.
