I played outwar thinking it would be fun again like in the old days, but it really has gotten worse-the biggest problem with outwar right now is that its to heavly revolved around points,no offense but outwar isnt worth money to play, outwar money was much better because you could buy skills with it but now you have sp which takes forever to get when your hitlisted, back then you could also buys weapons for offense and defense which made the game alot more fun when raiding and you cant start your own crew unless you have points, what im saying is maybe you could bring alot of the old school back into the new school (wilderness maybe)

I baught no points, no pp, no anything and i'm doing decent. It might be heavily based on points if you want to BUY stuff and not work for it... But besides that it is possible to not spend points and become top 50 or better. Though, you have to know that most people in the top 10 spend $100+ on OW. By most I mean 9/10

its not all about points its just that by basing it heavily on points is taking the fun away i mean do you really want to be level 20 with an osteology set when some guy who is level 24 has all the crazy +250 att +80 persuasion pieces

obviously there are only 3 ways of getting to the top:
1. heavily buying points, which most of the players do
2. wasting lots of time on ow and working your way up, which probably 10 % of ow players do
3. glitching your way to the top and never get caught (very rare examples, but there are a few out there)

i only spent 20 $ on ow when they released daily grind and i wanted that skill. i'm level 66 monster with a decent set, which i plan to upgrade soon. lucky me i got a boring office job where i can play ow 8 hours a day instead of working :p

of course u can always combine the 3 methods, rofl !

i said i got a job that allows me to play ow during work time, i didn't say i buy points. all the points i bought were 20 $ worth of points just cause i wanted the daily grind skill. that's all. and those were like 600 points. i didn't upgrade my account out of those points. those points can't even fully gem 2 items. i spent lots of my time on ow raiding and soing stuff to help me improve my items. half an hour before i post here i just got my elemental preserver. do u think that was bought with points ? nah, i gathered all the pieces by raiding in my own crew ;)

in my opinion with new updates since they took points away from gods now they took away the chance from making points so that took away a reason to raid. bad idea on on ow's side. i think. now you have to buy point to get points or do without and never get further in the game.

From what i was told all vendor items will be added to amulet shop and thus when blazo said that the points will be removed and an alternate means will be put into place, then i have to say nothing has changed as we just got 4 KH keys the other day for free..
