Money clip, millionaire, drop rate

Any one know the drop rate on the money clip that the millionaire drops in the casino for the SWAT vest redux quest? I dont even want the vest as its not very good for my level i was just want the 20,000 exp.

It is VERY low lol.. it will take awhile unless you are very lucky.

I tried on and off for a month and eventually just gave up. I probably killed him 70 or 80 times while trolling through the casino trying to gather chips for measly 3k XP.

damm going to take some time, only level 29 at the moment though so would like the 20,000 exp ill get for doing the mission
