I just blow the smoke away from my body; if its windy blow into the wind.
Also going for a walk seems to work too, probs airing out clothes too i guess...

Blowing smoke away doesnt matter. I never blow it dirrectly into my clothes lol.
Go smoke, and ask someone if they smell it.
If they say no, there lieing

Yeah theirs no hiding it, the most you can do is tone it down abit.
When i go outside for a smoke at work i take a walk.. come back and wash my hands and even my arms if i'm feeling ambitious lol.. but never does it make the smell go away its aways there.. like i said the most you can do is make it alittle more tolerable.

Sereuosly try washing your hands with soap , hand sanitizer/lotion , and mouthwash. Works wonders... idk why but it seems that unless you spray some heavy cologne your clothes will always smell like tobaccy

If you are a smoker then you smell smoke, if you don't want to smell smoke don't smoke.
And if some1 cry that you smell smoke if you smoke then tell them to stfu and get away from you lol.
No point of hiding who you are or what you do ffs

That is true unless you are at work then you are just owned. Nothing wrong with people that smell like cig's as long as they are nice anuff to not smoke around you assuming you ask nicely and are not a complete dick about it.

Back in the day that I didnt want my dad to find out, I did the following:
Smoke outside
Eat something (sandwich or w/e)
take a dump, or some other excuse to wash ur hands
if u smoke outside the smell won't really get into your clothes and such :)

my mate at uni had a habit of smoking in his room whenever it was cold outside. he use to spray febreeze everywhere to cover it up when the vice president did room imspections.
febreeze does work in reducing the smoky smell. but it will leave your clothes with a light flowery smell.

lol when i was young i use to smoke, i did it for about 7 years or so before i gave up, my parents didnt find out until my mum washed a few lighters and finally a pack of ciggerettes that covered every item of clothing in the wash with tobacco :P
I use to just carry gum around with me, i use to wear a jacket outside when i smoked (obviously take it off when you are not smoking), wash your hands thoroughly with soap. Uhmm thats about it.
Smoking outside is probably the best advise, if you have long hair you are pretty much ****ed lol. My friend works for the police and when you join they ask if you smoke and he said no (he smokes like 20-305 a day) lol.
ps. why are you trying to hide the smell of it? Or do you just not like the smell yourself.

I actually listened to a raido show on the way to the office a few weeks back & they were discussing cops and smoking and i guess back in 1985 or something any cops after that couldn't be a smoker due to health insurance issues...There was a ton more just kinda forgot what else was said...Not all Police Departments have a tobacco policy, but the majority do..I'd tell your friend to watch his back, he can easily loose his job &/or his health coverage...
They are prob trying to hide it cause they are becoming all self conscience about it...Society has mentally portrayed smokers like they are part of the hooker drug circle...Looked down on heavily, and disregarded as being worthy...
Which is unfortunate society is so judgmental

if you get electronic ciggs its just as good as real ones, if you get a good one it feels just like a real cigg, no smell, all the nicotine you want!! Blu is by far the best, there always on backorder by 2 weeks to a month, a carton of cartridges cost $25 for 25 cartridges and each Cartridge gives you about 200 puffs. The also sell Variety packs of 5 Cartridges so you can buy 5 boxes of flavor = full carton.

or if u got time, eat a chcolate + drink milk.. takes upto 15 mins for the smell in ur breath to go, the chocolate masks the smell and the milk helps the chocolate go down.. which is good cos smoke goes into ur stomach wen u smoke.. and if u get a random cough/burp that smell could come back at a later stage.. whereas the chocolate masks it..

You forgot to mention changing your clothes, but yeah.. no getting around the smoke smell just many numerous ways to tone it down. I do think your health, and why people care about the smell bit is abit off. Just because i smoke cigerettes doesn't mean i dont do laundry, don't bathe, don't brush my teeth.. etc. And even if i oddly didn't do those things i'm fairly certain i would.. lose my clients, lose my job, couldn't afford cigerettes anymore.
I smoke because i like it, i don't like the smell.. if it was easy to quit i'm sure i wouldn't be smoking right now. Their is no getting away from the smell, you can tone it down thats about it, sure it bothers me.. no i don't like smelling like smoke at the office, no i don't like the health 'benefits' i get from smoking, no one does... lol I've been smoking since i was 16.. so about 14 years now. Hope to quit one day, but not right now.. i don't think i could.
I plan on trying those new electric cigerettes they look pretty cool.. maybe that will solve all my problems eh?

I don't think it will solve your problems, but in can help you become smoke free while not having the craving for nicotine, They sell Cartridges in Different Nicotine Levels, so you can slowly over time lower the dosage until you can completely stop :D
Or you can just smoke the 16mg cartridges and enjoy , its pretty good, the flavors are great especially menthol, its like a Marlboro Smooth + Camel Crush Like flavor, you can almost charge the Pack + Cigarette anywhere. well worth $60 for the starter kit, plus $25 for cartons :D, NJ is trying to ban smokeless cigarettes in non smoking places but it looks like its going to be another fail for them, they want to prevent people from buying the electronic smoke free cigarettes to use anywhere because the state will then get less cigarette purchases and city taxes, Electronic cigarettes are somewhat old to the economy, but with today's breakthrough technology, they are more efficient, but not too many people know about them or are about to Blow Money on a product that may be crap..

Wrong... found the solution
Wash hands, sanitizer, and spray
works every time
I smoke a cig at lunch and go in class ... everyone just says dang you smell good (talking about my cologne) . No matter how close they are. For breathe i use somethin to drink, it tends to tone it down and i wont even smell the cig after a couple minutes
I smoke for pleasure. I like it and it honestly gives me something to look forward to.
I would still smoke bud but im on probation so no alternative. :/
Yay Smooths!
How many puff worths of a cig can you get from a e-cig cartridge?
Like 100 cigs= 1 cartridge
cuz id buy one but im not going to spend 30$ a cartridge for something that only gets 20 cigs worth

200 Puffs a Cartridge, $25 for a carton, a carton has 25 cartridges. You can buy a full Carton of 1 flavor or buy a variety pack which comes with 5 boxes in a carton of different flavors, each box holds 5 cartridges..
