on outwar how do i get more rage points without buying a rage poshen dose it go up on its own ?

it does, at every turn (hour change) you get your 'rage per turn'.

You can find that ammount in your status bar, increase it by equiping rage per turn items.

There are two basic items regarding RAGE.

1. Recharge rate ie rage per hour
2. Max Rage


Both are influenced by your equipped items. Max rage can also be effected by crew upgrades.

Example, a noob may be itemless and therefore recharge their rage at an unacceptable 5 per hour.

However if you have an item, like a boots of persuasion, that might add 30 or so rage an hour.

The best way for noobs to get that recharge and cap up is to go for a "set" of armour. Training, colbat, and gangland are three common noob sets but the latter two require a crew to farm.

Osteo is something you can acquire solo, but you will need to be patient and work it as the mobs for that set are in the 23-30 range for level. It adds about a 200 rage per hour recharge and a total rage cap of around 3600 i think.

As you aquire better items you will find these numbers growing, naturally.

Also when you level your entire rage bar is recharged.
So you may hold off on training up to the next level if you still have a substantial portion of rage to go though so that is not "wasted rage".

To answer your question simply, kiss ass and get someone to give you a government set -- it has better RPT and max rage then ele ;D

You could also sell augs for 5 points and buy rage potions from the treasury. or even sell brute potions.
